Off Grid Medic programs are recognized by many professional organizations, including the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI); the Boy Scouts of America (BSA); the Georgia Department of Public Health Office of EMS and Trauma; the Georgia Peace Officers Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) Council and the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Wilderness First Aid (WFA) Program with optional CPR Certification

Adult, Child and Infant CPR; proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and treatment for choking.

Emergencies can occur at any time. Do you have the training and skills to manage the unknown?

Join us at 10,000 feet at the Colorado Mountain Man Survival School for a truly valuable learning experience! This 18-hour interactive course is designed for anyone who spends time in the wild or for anyone who has an interest in improving their medical skills. For class, bring a comfortable chair, clothing suitable for cool weather conditions, a notebook, a headlamp and a strong desire to learn. Day and night scenarios are a critical learning tool for this material. All classes are conducted rain or shine, so come prepared!
