Wild Women 3-Day River Retreat

Welcome in aliveness, resiliency, connection, laughter and the celebration of sisterhood in the beauty of the backcountry. We will be remote camping on pristine wild land with daily yoga, swimming, hiking and campfire cooking. The course will include wilderness survival skills training, nature crafting, bushcraft and foraging. Allow the nervous system a reset with plenty of time for rest and renewal. Instructor Wildkind Jess will facilitate experiences to breathe more fully, awaken the senses and boost intuition. As women it is so important to periodically retreat to the wild and return to a sense of deep rooted embodiment and a natural state of joy. Bring a journal as there will be opportunities to reflect and write as we dream and articulate our bold
desires for a thriving future.

This women’s only course is for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, adventurers and those who need a retreat from modern day stressors. We will gaze at the stars, swim under the sun, laugh around the campfire and welcome new friendships through this shared epic experience. Those new to the outdoors are welcome!

  • Sleeping system of your choice: Tent, hammock or tarp
  • Sleeping pad
  • Sleeping bag & pillow

FOOD AND WATER:

This is remote camping and participants will need to bring their own food and water.
