Our classes do not require you to have a lot of survival equipment to perform well. You will however need some basic tools to help you be successful in learning during our training. This is a bare bones kit. With the proper training you can spend the night. You may not be comfortable but the next morning you will wake up alive! If you are headed into the outdoors, this small, lightweight kit should be the very minimum that you have with you.

- The Mora Garberg Morakniv never stops producing some of the finest knives out there, and they’re certainly proven that with this carbon steel version of the Garberg; a favorite of the Bushcraft community and highly sought after. Now available with a solid black leather sheath, the carbon Garberg has been the lead over the stainless these days, but it all comes down to your personal preference.
- The 6 inch ferro rod will give you thousands of strikes and its large size makes it easy to hang on to.
- The paracord has a million and one uses and cordage is always an essential portion of any kit. Paracord gill nets, snares, emergency bracelets, and so much more. With the proper training, you can survive well with nothing but some paracord.
- The 40 oz Wide Mouth Klein Kanteen Lightweight and compatible with most back-country water filters, this 40oz. bottle is a favorite of adventurers everywhere. The extra wide mouth is easy to fill with ice, too. Made from 90% post-consumer recycled 18/8 stainless steel and designed for easy cleaning, carrying and chugging, the non-insulated, single-wall 40oz. wide is up for just about anything.
- The Poncho 6.8′ x 5′. Polyvinylchloride coated polyester construction ripstop fabric. Head of water: 5000mm. Can also be used as a tarp, tarpaulin or bivouac sack. Comes with drawstring carry bag.
- The Mylar Blanket – Can be used as an expedient emergency shelter. Combined with the rain poncho, this can make a great emergency shelter.
