Description
Advanced Survival Course – Where Skills Get Tested
You’ve learned the basics.
You might even use them on your outings and to keep yourself out of trouble.
Now it’s time to really apply them.
Most survival training focuses on teaching skills in a controlled environment. You learn how to build a fire, construct a shelter, and handle the fundamentals with time, guidance, and ideal conditions. That’s where most people stop.
This course is about taking those same skills and putting them to work in less comfortable conditions, where decisions matter and mistakes show up quickly.
The Advanced Survival Course is a hands on, field based training designed to take the core survival skills you already know and put them into practice in a more demanding environment. You will be expected to make decisions, manage your time and energy, and apply your skills when things are not laid out for you step by step.
This is not about adding gimmicks or learning niche techniques that you will never use. It is about making the skills you already have more reliable, more efficient, and more effective when it actually matters.
You will be challenged. You will make mistakes. That is part of the process.
We do not leave you there.
We break it down, correct what went wrong, and run it again so you leave with a higher level of confidence and capability in the field.
This course is a natural next step for those who have completed our Survival for Beginners or Survival Basics courses, but it is not limited to our past students. If you already have a working knowledge of core survival skills and want to take it further, you will get a lot out of this training.
This is where survival skills become something you can rely on.
Optional 2-Day Field Extension
For those who want to take it further, an optional 2-day field extension is available following the core course.
This extension builds on everything covered in the Advanced Survival Course and pushes it further through longer scenarios, continued decision making, and sustained time in the field.
This is not required, but for those who want more time, more reps, and a deeper challenge, the extension provides that opportunity.
